Friend, Our Legend is a drama adaptation of the 2001 gangster classic film "Friend" both by the same director, Kwak Kyung Taek. This drama is a gritty tale of four childhood friends who grow up to become enemies and bitter rivals. Hyun Bin plays a hardened mobster; a role legendized by Jang Dong Gun in the film.

On the 10th Anniversary of the original film release, the crew got back together to make  20, 1hour episodes for a TV mini series.  The director asked me to reproduce the bleached look of the film so I made a look up table to emulate the process.  It was shot on tape with Sony F900 and I color corrected all 20 episodes in my office myself.  I hear there'll be a sequel to the movie opening in 2014!
